A Street In Manchester (40x50cm. Acrylic on board) Painted 2001
Through the densely packed rows of of red-bricked terraced streets, social breakdown and anarchy seem to be spreading like an urban virus, just as plagues of TB and typhoid used to do at the time of the industrial revolution. As yet, Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen and Diarmuid Gavin haven’t arrived with a camera crew to give one of the houses a much needed makeover.
